2010 Jan. Sheraton San Juan CC

The brand new Sheraton San Juan Convention Center Hotel made sure our January 2010 dinner meeting was a total success. Sous Chef Rafael Alejandro had his team serve up huge portions of his version of “Surf & Turf,” grilled swordfish with mojito isleño and avocado salsa, and grilled N.Y. steak over garlic mashed potatoes sauced with a red wine demiglace. The dessert was a traditional cheese cake in raspberry sauce with toasted walnuts. Wonderful! Thanks, Skalleague Willy Chin for hosting such a feast.
